Welcome to Revolution Mental Health Alliance where we are actively seeking to revolutionize the way people see and respond to themselves, others, and how they function in the world. It’s about changing treatment – not just treatment in the sense of coming to therapy or getting medication, but the treatment of themselves and others.
We offer face to face therapy sessions, group coaching, workshops, and telehealth to help individuals, couples and families manage, restore, and preserve their mental and emotional health around life’s stressful circumstances.

As a Revolution client, if your Provider should at any point become unavailable, we commit to the continuity of your care by facilitating a referral to another suitable Provider, in a timely manner. You will never be left behind.

Frequently Asked Questions
DOES REVOLUTION MENTAL HEALTH ALLIANCE ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes! Currently we work with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care, Optum, Medicare, Cigna, Alliance of Wisconsin, and Quartz
We do not currently accept Medicaid or any form of Medicaid including Aetna Better Health, Blue Cross Community, Meridian Complete, Molina Healthcare.
DOES REVOLUTION MENTAL HEALTH ALLIANCE ACCEPT MEDICAID?
We do not currently accept Medicaid or any form of Medicaid
WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL?
Currently, our providers see people both in-person as well as virtually. In an effort to meet client needs, we offer both formats and are willing to do a combo of both if preferred.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
Each session is 53 minutes per insurance.
HOW DO I BOOK?

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You can login into our Simple Practice and cancel and request a new appointment. A cancellation in fewer than 24 hours will result in a partial or total appointment charge.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY IN-PERSON SESSION?
Arrive at 4320 Spring Creek. Enter through the main entrance. Text your therapist. The therapist will meet you in the lobby and show you to their office. The first is a meet and greet session. The therapist will discuss their education, experience, how they practice and together, you will determine how your relationship will progress.
WHAT IF IT ISN’T A GOOD FIT?
Any time we have to work on ourselves, it is difficult. The importance of a good relationship with your therapist is imperative to your mental health success. If you determine it isn’t a good fit let us know and we will work to find you a referral that will work for your mental health goals. It is important for us that you find a plan that will help you achieve success.
